Chef Nikki will demonstrate and teach you how to make pasta dough with Buckwheat, Semolina and Whole Wheat Flour. Each student will make there own pasta dough, roll it out and cut it on there own machine. The Class will then prepare the homemade pasta to enjoy the fruits of their labors! The class will also taste different wines paired with the pasta dishes prepared.
